RENT / LEASE WANTED: looking for a home to either rent/ or rent to own please
looking for a home to either rent/ or rent to own please - Hi,,, i'm a single mom of four kids.. between ages 7 to 16... all well behaved.. i am in need of a home in the lewisporte area with at least 4 br... 5br would be perfect, embree or even little burnt bay. I am wanting to rent... even better would to be able to rent to own. I am a very mature 38 yr old .. only parties i'd be celebrating would be for the kids... :) or a family gathering on sundays after church. i'm not a party animal..i respect anyones home as if it were mine. im hoping and praying I can find something for the first of July .once the kids are finished school. I want to thank any one in advance who can help me with finding a place... or even give me a suggestion... I do work full time.. so yes i can pay for rent... :) thank you and God bless Danette
