WANTED: Investor Invitation Bali
Investor Invitation Bali - I would like to offer you the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a leisure project in Bali. I am seeking an investor for a Bar/Café project. The investment itself is relatively small and will secure good returns for a long time. The feel and theme of the venue will be unique in Bali. My investor will reap the rewards from the venue and from any subsequent venues that may arise from the success of the first. Long term you will make a good deal of money from a small initial investment. As an investor I am offering you 50% of net profit for the first three years and 40% thereafter on a permanent basis. I estimate your initial money back within the first year and from then on it is all profit. The investment I require is Rp350 million (circa US$30,000) to set up and launch the venue. Investor (small) required - investor for a bar/restaurant business in a good area in Bali. This is a reasonaby low investment requirement of Rp700 million for50% profit share of the business for 3 years and 40% thereafter. Prefer an investor who is happy to be a ‘silent’ partner (no work input required), however if you wish to be pro-active you are equally welcome. Although any ideas will always be appreciated I have already formulated a basic ‘game-plan’ as to what type of venue I want this to be. As for me I have many years experience in similar venues. I have done a lot of research to ascertain what sort of venue I want to have as a start up and I anticipate a successful business reaping high rewards for those involved with it.
