WTS: A GP charger for the thrifty budget buyer seeking an affordable charger.
I have been using it for years and recently sent it to GP and they passed it.

Due to its old design, it will going to take more than 10 hours to fully charge 4 batteries, so just charge 2 at a go. That's why it is just $10 only. I will be rather surprised if people offers a lower price even though it is GSS now.
