The first time I met Jun Lumapas was in the showroom of Suzuki-Cebu, I was asking about a car, he noticed my beat up Hyundai Elantra and said he could fix it. A few months later I availed of the service. This guy does not have a legitimate shop to do business, has no receipt, agreed to term payment but decided to grovel and beg for payment upon release. And now my car looks a lot better but does not run so good, i had to find someone to adjust the timing. |
