Requirements:
- Male/Female 22 years and above
- Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a trained call agent.
- Have excellent English skills (American accent)
- Good typing skills for Live Chat answers from our website.
- Must have good sense in hairstyles and personal imaging.
- Being able to assist customers in selecting wigs
- Must have creative mind for creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound call answering
- Guide customers in selecting wig styles and colors.
- Answering customers with their order shipment process.
Compensation:
- PHP 12,000 base salary
- Monthly commission
- SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, 13 month pay
- Paid vacations.
- Travel to US for training
