-Membership and AR
-General Ledger entries for all cash transactions
-General Ledger entries for all membership and AR transactions
-Analysis of revenue, AR and cash accounts, to ensure the completeness of accounting entries
-Perform accounts analysis and month-end schedules
-Cash flow management
-Members’ GIRO submission & Grant submission
-Review improvements on current membership system, including identification of system bugs and other errors
-Implementation of new membership system
-Maintaining of sales and charge codes for membership system
-To follow up with membership accounts aging & attend to members' enquiries
-Daily fruit machines collection & monthly fruit coin collection
-To assist in the planning, preparation, organization and conduct of Club’s events, activities and functions
-Salary to be advised
-5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri : 9am to 6pm, Sat : 9am to 1pm
-Transport pick up point @ Sembawang MRT Station.
