Hi, I'm DANIEL KOAY from NEW BOB Realty Sdn Bhd (PENANG HQ). I'm 30 years old; I started to venture into this line Not More Then 5 Years after I Leave my previous job. Without much hesitation, I started to attend the ESST Training on the spot after the interviewing session. The first place I went was the place that I am staying.
I'm somebody who is friendly, helpful, responsible and willing to work long hours. I am always thinking to provide my best service to my customers. I want them to feel the professionalism and reliability in me. I'm new, yet I'm improving myself from time to time.
I love to read books, eg. Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump series. Others are like self-improvement, motivation, leadership, negotiation skills and etc kind of books.
Nowadays, I mainly Target on the properties in Pulau Tikus, Batu Ferringhi, Greenlane & any Georgetown area, Concentrating can be much more efficient compare to a general one.
