Responsibilities:
Source and maintain a list of qualified sub-contractors
Organize and negotiate sub-contractors? tenders, contracts
labour/service and manage foreign workers dependency
Act as project co-ordinator for sub-contract management
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering, preferably with knowledge in sub-
contract labour management
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
