|WE are URGENTLY looking for HELPDESK SUPPORT
* Technical education, preferably at least a recognize IT
* 1 year experience in providing Helpdesk services, and
familiar with any Call Management Systems.
* Understands the concept of system and network monitoring.
* 2 years experience in IT infrastructure, such as LAN, WAN,
Microsoft Windows system software.
* Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Able to converse in English and Chinese as support will
extend to customers and end-users in China and Taiwan, as
well as other Asia Pacific countries.
