TCRH pays an annual cash rental income of RM1,500 for 10 years, which equals to 20% per annum.
Capital Protection
As the owner, you always have a claim on your cattle. This is coupled with a strong buy-back policy at any time (TCRH buys back at RM7000 (after deducting RM1,000 management fee) at the end of 10 years).
Replacement Guarantee
During the 10-year rental period, TCRH will always provide a replacement for your cow, be it culled, stolen or dead. Replacement is a contractual obligation.
