2. You are willing to work for a minimum wage base of $8 per hour plus commissions.
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate (Business Development Manager). They will earn commissions by signing up new clients for our property management services. If you perform as we expect you should earn at LEAST $3,000 worth of commissions monthly in addition to your hourly pay.
Half of the leads will be provided to you by us and the other half you will need to generate.
This job is full time plus possible overtime. You will need to work from our offices in Santa Ana, CA.
