JOB OFFERED: Repair Coordinator Needed - NO Experience Required - Looking for someone to assist our Property Managers with administrative tasks:
1. Answering calls from tenants who need repairs to their apartment.
2. Creating work orders for each request.
3. Contacting vendors to schedule for them to go to the property to complete the repair.
4. Enter invoices from the vendor into the system.
Prior experience in this type of position, or any real estate position is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
However, we do require the candidate to be reliable, organized, and detail oriented.
This position is a full time position. Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm.
Compensation for this position is $8 to $10 depending on the candidate's experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible to join our health insurance plan and will receive a generous allotment of PTO.
