To celebrate this upcoming NKT Day, we shall be holding a 24-hour chanted prayer to Green Tara. "Making prostrations" is a Buddhist spiritual exercise.
By using our body to make prostrations to the 35 Confession
Buddhas, we can purify ourselves of negative karma, disease,
and obstacles, increase our merit, happiness,
Dharma realizations, and ultimately attain the perfect form
body of a Buddha.
In this Day Course, Gen Kelsang Rabten, Resident Teacher of
the Kadampa Meditation Centre HK, will explain how to make

on the powerful purification practice of confessing to the 35
