| I am a co-owner of a Chinese junk we use often for relaxation and entertainment with friends cruising around the waters off Hong Island. There is an opportunity to part-own this boat because a couple of the owners are relinquishing ownership rights.
However we are very particular with who wants to be new co-owners. He or she must demonstrate capacity to pay monthly contribution and will have a desire to truly look after the boat so as to maintain seaworthiness, comfort and safety. |
