I myself had a weight issue and with working with my coach was able to lose 33 pounds and drop from a size 14 to a 4. I have been able to maintain my weightloss for 2 1/2 years now and feel great.

My husband was in extra large uniforms when leaving on duty returned from deployment still over weight. I got him involved with the program and he is now in Medium uniforms for over 2 1/2 years now.

	SERVICES: WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - What the classes entail are twelve weeks of weigh ins and different nutritional topics each week. ie Week 1 Protein / Week 2 Water. There is a $29.00 fee to join the challenge but the money actually goes back to the top 3 winners (top 3 who lost the most body fat percentage ) & weejkly prizes.
