   I had an early retirement after 29 years of service because a merger/takeover. .I  am currently volunteering with non-profit organizations.  Volunteering is worth every minute it.

In March 2006, I suffered a mild stroke.  It affected the left side of my body.  Now, I have recovered very well by applying the Total Wellness Home Technology.  I refuse to be physically handicapped.  I still take some medication; however, I am able to run, dance and do the things that I enjoy doing.
