(iii) Ability to manage English- and Mandarin-speaking phone orders.(iv) Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint. (v) Meticulous, well-organised, ability to multi-task, efficient, resourceful and reliable with a good working attitude are traits that we will be looking for in the candidate.
