| Brent is a genuine nutritionist ... with a unique background. He earned his BSc in human nutrition at the University of Hawaii and his MSc at the prestigious Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, Thailand. But he spent his younger years 'growing up in his mother's health food store' in Edmonton, Canada and has therefore been immersed in that perspective as well.
Brent now lives in Sangkhlaburi, Thailand, where he is engaged in business, writes, and studies indigenous plants. |
