TORCHBOND is prefabricated waterproofing membrane with a special mult-layered design for outstanding pliability, tensile strength and resistance to elements. The multi-layerd design consists of glass fiber core coated on both sides with bitumen. The bitumen is catalytically air blown asphalt. The glasfibre core gives the membrane high tensile strength and dimensional stability. TORCHBOND combines the proven waterproofing quality of bitumen and the sureness and simplicity of torch-on application. Properly installed
TORCHBOND form an impervious flexible and waterproof blanket which accepts normal structural movement without breaking or cracking.

Blown grade bitumen is widely used in pipe coating, manufacturing of roofing felts, damp proofing coarse, paint sealant, battery sealers, electric cable protection, joint filling compounds, etc.
OUTSTANDING FEATURES:
IT is highly stable during melting due to blowing at optimum temperature to minimize softening point fall back. Available in plastic bags for ease of handling, waste and disposal elimination. The plastic melts and becomes part of bitumen, thus saving labor and material cost.
