| Hi everybody,
My name is Aaron Riddell. I was born and have grown up in Wellington.
I am a personal coach and my focus is on helping Kiwi's lose that unwanted body weight.
Three years ago I was an overweight obese office worker who was often in bed before 7.30pm. I was always tired and felt awful. I new things had to change and by chance I found an alternative approach to losing weight whilst using my cousins internet.
